If you sell, lease, or give the puppy to a third party, this guarantee becomes null and void.
This contract will be considered binding and legal, when you email me this message
“I have read the contract and agree to the terms of the purchase of a puppy” “date it, fill
in your name, address, phone number, email address, and which puppy you wish to
purchase.” Then go to paypal and place your deposit. At this point the puppy will be
marked sold and I will email you a copy of the contract signed with all the puppy info
added.

Buyers Responsibilities:
Have doberman puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.
Seller must be informed immediately of the examination result by email or by fax.
The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
Provide your doberman puppy with routine preventive car, such as, but not limited to:
1. Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
2. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and worming.
Puppy must be paid in full by seven weeks of age or all monies paid and all claims to the
puppy will be forfeited.
All deposits are non refundable.
Any and all shipping or delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Doberman health guarantee:
This puppy is guaranteed for 6 months from date of birth against fatal and life altering
congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe
hip dysplasia, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life
threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this 6 months time frame, the buyer
will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the seller will
replace the puppy.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that
owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be
responsible for all payments.
If the puppy shows any serious genetic( wiyh who or congenital defect it will be replaced as follows:
Seller is notified within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian determination and
has two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem.
The puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified
problem, at the expense of the buyer. The buyer will then qualify for a replacement
puppy.
The seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value, mutually agreed upon
by both parties.
We do not guarantee against conditions that may or may not be stress related from the
move or shipping to a new home.
Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this
guarantee.
This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. This contract is null and void
if terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is in the
jurisdiction of the Latvia. It is agreed that any legal issues or
court proceedings concerning the puppy purchased under this contract will be resolved in
Latvia ,Riga . This also extends to internet sales across state lines.
The buyer will be responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a
replacement puppy.
This guarantee applies to the original buyer only and is nontransferable to a second party.
No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or
euthanized , give third person for keeping or sale without permission of the seller.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and worming as
Stated with delivery and the buyer will be informed of any future vaccinations and
worming due.
This guarantee does not include kennel cough, which is common in puppies that are
shopped and usually caused by bacteria.
If at any time during the life of the puppy/dog covered in this contract, the purchaser due
to unforeseen circumstances cannot continue to keep the dog we are always willing to
accept the dog back and find a suitable home for him or her. No exchange of money or
replacement is offered in this circumstance.
